1. Promoter. This prize draw ("Competition") is run by Smoke & Flame Foods Ltd, registered office 127 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, in partnership with Meater. Both parties are joint promoters.
2. Eligibility. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of either promoter and their immediate families. One entry per person per email address.
3. How to enter. Submit your email via the form at smokeandflame.net/pages/complete-cook between 7th May 2026 and 18th May 2026 at 23:59 BST. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. The prize. One prize bundle comprising: one (1) Meater Pro XL smart wireless meat thermometer, ten (10) Smoke & Flame spice blend tins (hand-picked selection from the 22-blend range), and one (1) premium stainless steel skewer set. Total prize value is over £450. Prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or an alternative prize.
5. Winner selection. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries by 31st May 2026. The draw will be verifiable and conducted by Smoke & Flame Foods Ltd.
6. Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Smoke & Flame Foods Ltd reserves the right to re-draw.
7. Delivery. Prize is shipped to UK addresses only, free of charge, within 21 days of confirmation.
8. Data. See Privacy Notice below. Entry data is processed by both promoters as joint data controllers for the limited purpose of administering this draw.
9. Instagram. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.
10. Law. Governed by the laws of England and Wales. By entering you accept these terms.

Who handles your data. Smoke & Flame Foods Ltd and Meater act as joint data controllers for the purpose of administering this prize draw.
What we collect. Your email address, the date/time of entry, and (if provided) your marketing preferences.
Why we collect it. To administer the draw, contact the winner, and — only if you've ticked the relevant box or boxes — to send you marketing communications.
Legal basis. For running the draw: contractual necessity. For marketing emails: your consent (ticking one or both boxes), which you can withdraw any time by clicking unsubscribe.
How long we keep it. Entry records: kept for 90 days after the draw closes, then deleted. Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Can I enter more than once? One entry per email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be treated as a single entry.
Do I choose the ten blends? No — we pre-curate a "best of" ten that showcases the breadth of our range.
Do I have to tick the marketing boxes? No. You can enter the draw without subscribing to either newsletter. The entry and the marketing opt-ins are separate.
